QuizLoaded is entertainment. We want every player to enjoy the game responsibly. These guidelines help you keep trivia fun and within your means.

1. Set a budget

Decide how much you are comfortable spending each week before you deposit. Treat entry fees as entertainment costs, not investments. Stop when you hit your limit.

2. Take breaks

If tournaments start feeling like an obligation instead of fun, take a break. You can still play free trivia without spending money.

3. Self-exclusion

You can ask us to lock your account for 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. We honor requests within 24 hours. To self-exclude, email support@quizloaded.com with the subject "Self-exclusion".

4. Get support

If playing is affecting your finances, relationships, or well-being, speak to a trusted person and consider contacting a licensed counselor or addiction support service in your area.

5. Age restriction

Cash tournaments are 18+ only. We verify date of birth during onboarding and reserve the right to request further proof of age.

6. Fair play

Keep the competition honest: one account per person, no automation, and no collusion. We suspend accounts that break fair-play rules.
